pet?

The world he lives in is vile and the words he speaks are raw
a world of pure pugnacity, a world adorned by flaws
he was seen as a puddle of mud, a rebel of all norms and laws
...
never bow to authority, thought never to be owned
learned his ways from a repugnant world and his principles from who knows who
he studied life and her art and his abilities from someone, loaned
his ideas are not his entirely, and his words neither false nor true

why then would anyone buy this creature? Why would anyone bother?
He is worth not a cent, worth not a sweat if you see him as an investment
go an your way and not set your mind at him. Find another
he deserves not care. He deserves not wealth. He deserves death and nothing pleasant.
